Can we manage access to each of our chatbots from one central place?
Yes. As an enterprise customer, you will have access to the 'Owner' area.
From there, you can manage every single one of your chatbots (as well
as other things, including white labelling your platform). Users may
have access to one or several accounts, each with specific roles and
permissions. You have complete control over who accesses what on which account.
Can you integrate with our proprietary software?
In most cases, yes. If your software has an API, we
can connect to it. The ubisend platform can connect with third-party
software using authorization processes such as API keys, bearer tokens,
and simple authorization. Once integrated, you can create your
own endpoints and requests from scratch.
Will you help us build our solution?
Absolutely. While our platform is designed to allow anyone,
regardless of technical prowess, to build their own chatbot
solutions, we appreciate it's sometimes easier to rely on external
implementers to get the job done. Our team is available on a
project-per-project basis. We can do as little (e.g. one integration)
or as much (e.g. end-to-end project) as you need. We work on a
standard day rate. Feel free to explore our development services.
What does the onboarding and handover process look like?
As a ubisend client, you will be introduced to your own
account manager. Your account manager's job is to ensure you have
a successful experience using our platform. This includes
onboarding your team to the platform, running training lessons,
and handing over projects over virtual calls. Beyond handover,
our team remains available to answer any questions and help
throughout your journey with us.
Do you have security, insurance, and liability documents?
Absolutely. Once you've made contact with our team,
request a copy of our security and insurance policies. These
contain in-depth information about our data safety measures,
hosting policies, and more.
